Norman Hird, Director
Norman formed the company in 2004 after serving 30 years within the local building industry, running his own Carpentry business, management with a national house builder and latterly in his role with NHBC.
This experience and vast practical knowledge of the industry has enabled the company to focus on a wide variety of projects. His reputation within Tayside has ensured the company will thrive with a continually expanding order book.
Norman’s roles include all commercial aspects of the company; oversee the entire business process and generation of new business. |

John Sutherland, Director
John has furnished the company with his high-level experience as a Site Manager with a national house building company. John has achieved the pinnacle of being NHBC “Pride in the Job” winner with further awards for his high standards of Site Health and Safety Management.
His role with Nordan is to manage the on site daily supervision, liase with all trades and Site Managers in maintaining today’s demanding programme schedules.

Mark Brown, Development Manager
Mark was brought a wealth of experience to the company from his trade background, through construction, project management, NHBC Inspection Service, and latterly as a Quality Manager with a national house builder.
Mark is involved in the daily supervision of our trades, technical issues, customer care, and the coordination to adhere to the challenging site programmes and customer satisfaction. |
